Is my booking confidential?
Yes. Everything you share is treated as confidential and is only seen by the recovery team supporting you. We never share your information without your permission.
How soon will someone contact me?
We aim to respond within 24–48 hours using the contact method you choose. Bookings marked as high urgency are prioritised.
Is there a cost?
No. Support sessions offered through Reformer's Foundation are free of charge.
